This policy explains how Davies Realty ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit davies-realty.com or contact us. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the rules of the Dubai Land Department and RERA.

Details you give us through our forms, WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, email, phone number, the type of property you're interested in, your budget and anything you write in your message. If you become a client, we also collect the identity and ownership documents the law requires for a property transaction. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location.
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, provide brokerage services, arrange viewings and transactions, meet our legal duties (including anti-money-laundering checks under UAE law), and improve the website. We only send you marketing if you've agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
We never sell your data. We share it only with the people needed to do the job: the service providers who run our CRM, email and website (HubSpot, with data held in the EU; Microsoft 365; and GoDaddy), WhatsApp when you message us there, and, when you ask us to act for you, developers, landlords, buyers, sellers, banks and conveyancers involved in your deal. We also share it with government bodies such as the Dubai Land Department, RERA and UAE authorities where the law requires. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on their contractual data protection commitments.
We keep enquiry details for up to three years after our last contact with you. We keep transaction and identity records for at least five years after a deal, as UAE anti-money-laundering law requires.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send you a copy. You can also object to us using it and withdraw your consent at any time. Email james@davies-realty.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
The site works without cookies. If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load HubSpot analytics, which sets cookies (such as __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc) to count visits and link enquiries to your earlier visits. If you decline, none of these load. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
